We are informing you well in advance to help you avoid possible vaccine shortages and long lines at immunization clinics in August. The law requires us to withhold registering a child until his/her school immunizations records are up-to-date. Please bring your child’s complete immunization record and this letter with you to the doctor’s office or immunization clinic. Please note: In the past, these immunization clinics would not turn anyone away, even if they had private insurance. Due to recent changes at the state level, these clinics can no longer provide immunizations to individuals with private insurance.
