    Red Ribbon Week Red Ribbon Week is October 24 - October 28


    Red Ribbon Week is a national public awareness week against the use of illegal drugs.  We have some special days planned, and everyone is invited to participate.


    • Monday, October 24 is "Wacky Red Day" - Wear red today!
    • Tuesday, October 25 is I "Mustache" You Not to Use Drugs! - Wear a mustache today!
    • Wednesday, October 26 is "The Tassel is Worth the Hassle!" - It's college day!  Wear the attire of your favorite college!
    • Thursday, October 27 is "I Have the Power to Be Drug Free." - Wear Super Hero attire!
    • Friday, October 28 is "Don't Let Drugs Mix You Up!" - Wear mismatched clothes today!

    Pumpkin and Leaves Fall Festival Dance - Friday, October 28, 2016


    Spicer's Fall Festival Dance will be held on Friday, October 28, 2016, from 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.  Come join us for a spooktacular haunted hallway and concessions. Admission to the dance is free.  Tickets for concessions, the haunted hallway, festival items, and games will be sold at the door.  Parents must accompany children.  >Click to view flyer.

    Storybook Parade Characters Spicer's "Better than Halloween" Storybook Parade - Monday, October 31, 2016


    Spicer's "Better than Halloween" storybook parade will be held on Monday, October 31.  Students will dress as fun, fictional characters from their favorite storybooks.  No masks or scary characters please.  Parents are welcome to view the parade from the Main Hall.  Parade times vary by grade level.


    • Grades 3-5 and morning PreK classes will march at 9:00 a.m.
    • Grades K-2 and afternoon PreK classes will march at 1:30 p.m.
