April 24  Deadline for sponsors to be placed on shirts

MAY 3:  Deadline for Early registration and for shirts

May 16: T-Shirt pick-up

May 17: Race day and late registration 

(There will be walk up registration on race day, but shirts and sizes cannot be guaranteed.)

The 10K Bike event starts at 9:15 a.m. and the 5K Run starts at 10:00 a.m.  

·         Students can run and/or walk and/or ride in the events, or they can get out of classes to watch the event.

·         Students can register individually or as a team. Teams encouraged to decorate their shirts.

·         The cost to register for the race or get out of classes that morning is $10.

·         Hand out registration forms to all students who are interested (we will provide 10 for each second period class/there is also a copy in the NOMS shared folder and there are extras in the office).

·         Inform students that if their parents would like to sponsor the event they can do so. We have provided sponsor forms and more are available in the office. Students that obtain sponsors will be placed in a drawing for every $25 they bring in.  

>RECORD KEEPING/ MONEY/ FORMS:  Mrs.Kingsbury, Mrs. Jarvis, and Mrs. Wetli will take up entry forms in the office and use a spread sheet to record entries. They will also collect entry fees turned in by second period teachers and any received in the front office

STUDENT INCENTIVES:

·         Individuals and teams that enter the race will be eligible for medals and drawings for prizes.

·         Students that provide sponsors will be placed in a drawing for prizes.
