I am a product of Birdville Schools-- Holiday Heights Elementary, North Richland Jr. High, and Richland High School. I graduated with a BBS from Hardin-Simmons University in Interdisciplinary Studies and English and received my Master of Library Science degree from Texas Woman's University. I hold certifications in Elementary 1-8, English 1-8, English Language Arts and Reading 8-12, English as a Second Language (ESL) 1-12, and School Librarian EC-12. I taught many years at the elementary, middle, and high school levels before becoming a librarian. |
