Welcome to the North Ridge Elementary Counseling web site. I have been the counselor at North Ridge Elementary for the past 15 years. I have 28 years of teaching experience. I received my undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University. I received my master's degree from University of North Texas. | |
The following counseling services will be provided at NRE:
Classroom Guidance - Teaching students lessons in the classroom pretaining to social skills and BISD virtues.
Individual Counseling - Students are welcome to visit with me during school on an as needed basis. Students are required to bring parent permission after one visit.
Group Counseling - Upon requests from students, parents and teachers. Topics provided in the past included study skills, making friends, divorce, grief, anger, behavior, etc. .
