Welcome, ! To the Guidance and Counseling Page for Holiday Heights Elementary! Your school counselor is Miss Susan Henderson. I have been a counselor at Holiday Heights since 2004. Before coming to Holiday Heights, I was a school counselor in McKinney ISD. Prior to that, I was a special education teacher in Plano ISD. I received my undergraduate degree at the University of Texas in Austin and my Master's Degree in School Counseling at Dallas Baptist University. I am an avid animal lover and am a firm believer in the therapeutic value of animals. I am the proud owner of two small shelties, Wrigley and Allie. I love to cook, help others in need and I collect Boyd's bears. I believe everyone needs an advocate, especially those that can't speak up for themselves.
