The ASPIRE program, a 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant funded by the Texas Education Agency, is an before/after school and summer program that exists to provide highly effective extended learning opportunity programs to assist students in meeting academic standards in core academic subjects (math, reading, science, social studies).

In addition to academic programming, ASPIRE also provides rigorous fine art and athletic options for students to take part in and adult/parent education opportunities. As the grant name indicates, community partnerships play a large part of the success of the grant, with support from community-based and other public and private organizations.
