The week of October 24-28 has been designated as Red Ribbon Week with the theme of “I have the POWER to be Drug-free.” This is the week that we emphasize the importance of our students being “drug-free” and healthy. We hope that you will help your student to participate every day.
RED RIBBON SCHEDULE
Monday – October 24
“Slipping into Red Ribbon Week” (house shoes/slippers, but bring a pair of sneakers for PE/recess).
*Everyone wears red ribbons. (These are special ones we have at school that are given to the students. We are hoping students will wear their ribbons ALL week!)
Tuesday – October 25
“Head to Toe, I am Drug Free!” (crazy hat, hair or sock day)
Wednesday – October 26
“ACFT is Drug Free!” Red out, blue out or white out.
Thursday – October 29
“Our Future is Bright. No Drugs in Sight!” College shirt day.
Friday – October 30
“I have the Power to say NO to Drugs!” – Super Hero T-shirts..
