Parents of ALL Incoming 7th Graders:
In order to register for the 2013-2014 school year, yourchild will need to obtain the immunizations REQUIRED to start 7thgrade. The immunizations are TdaP,Meningococcal, and Varicella dose 2.
If your child does not have the REQUIRED immunizations priorto the first day of school, they will not be able to receive a schedule on thatdate and they WILL be sent home until the required vaccines are received.
1. Parents will need to know their Family Access Login and Password information to use Online Registration.
2. Parents need to make sure their email address is correct in Family Access, in case they forget their password.
