COMPLAINTS

In accordance with Board policy, students or parents who have a complaint should first bring the matter up with the teacher. Usually, a complaint or concern can be addressed by a phone call or conference with the teacher. For complaints or concerns that cannot be handled in this manner, the District has adopted a standard complaint policy. If the outcome of that discussion is not satisfactory, then a conference with the principal can be requested. If not satisfied at that level, the student or parent/guardian can request a conference with the Superintendent's designee.
