Please fill out completely and submit to the fine arts secretary for all trips funded by fine arts. These would include UIL events, fine arts generated events, such as solo and ensemble and pre-UIL events, and the elementary trip to the Nutcracker. If in doubt, please call the fine arts department at extension 5921.
