Guidance Lessons

I will teach a guidance lesson in each classroom every six weeks. The topic of the lesson will focus on BISD C.O.R.E. Values, habits, character traits, problem solving skills, friendship, social skills, careers etc.

Small Group Counseling

Small groups are provided for students with special circumstances. These may include grief counseling, friendship skills, study skills, controlling anger and understanding a parent's separation or divorce. Other topics are provided, as deemed necessary, for individual students. If you believe your child would benefit from small group counseling, please contact me.

Individual Counseling

Students may visit with the counselor on an individual basis for various concerns. Individual counseling is available through student, parent or teacher request.

Other Programs

Throughout the school year, I will also be involved in many other programs, including college and career days, Red Ribbon Week, family movie nights, etc. If you are interested in volunteering your help in any of these programs, please contact me.
