Coordinator BHS Men's & Women's Head Cross Country Coach BHS Women's Head Soccer Coach I HAVE A VERY STRONG OPINION THAT GOD PLACED ME HERE FOR ONE REASON AND THAT IS TO ASSIST IN THE GROWTH OF OUR PAST, CURRENT, AND FUTURE HAWKS. ALONG THOSE LINES I ALSO BELIEVE THAT BEING AN ARTIST OR AN ATHLETE IS NOT A CHOICE, IT’S A GIFT FROM HIM. ONE THAT CANNOT AND SHOULD NOT BE IGNORED. IT'S LIKE A VOICE INSIDE OUR HEAD IN WHICH HE PUT THERE THAT IS ALWAYS ENCOURAGING AND PUSHING US TO DO MORE AND TO WORK HARDER. DURING THE CURRENT SCHOOL I WILL BE TEACH AP DRAWING, AP 2-D DESIGN, ART 1, AND ART 3 & 4 DRAWING, AS WELL AS, SERVING AS THE VARSITY GIRL'S SOCCER HEAD COACH, THE MEN’S & WOMEN’S VARSITY CROSS COUNTRY HEAD COACH, THE GIRL’S ATHLETIC COORDINATOR, AND THE FINE ARTS DEPARTMENT CHAIR. BACK IN THE DAY THOUGH, I GRADUATED FROM TEXAS WESLEYAN UNIVERSITY WITH A BACHELOR OF ARTS IN 1991 AND DALLAS BAPTIST UNIVERSITY WITH A MASTERS OF EDUCATION IN 2005. I AM VERY PROUD TO SAY THAT I HAVE TAUGHT WITHIN THE BIRDVILLE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT SINCE 1991 INCLUDING, 7 YEARS AT RICHLAND MIDDLE SCHOOL... "GO Rams" ... AND 13 YEARS AT BIRDVILLE HIGH SCHOOL ..."Bleedin' the Green & Gold" !! WHEN I DO GET A LITTLE DOWN TIME I THRIVE ON SPENDING QUALITY TIME WITH MY AWESOME WIFE OF 21 YEARS AND WONDERFUL MY TWIN DAUGHTERS, IF WE DO GET A CHANCE TO TRAVEL OUR FAVORITE DESTINATION IS RED RIVER, NEW MEXICO.
