Mr. Puhl's background -------
I grew up in a small town in Minnesota. I'm the youngest of four children, I have 3 older sisters ( who all work in the school system ). My loving parents still reside in Minnesota, where I travel to see them every year.
I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Minnesota State University in 1994. In 2008, I received my Texas teaching certificate for Generalist 4th - 8th Grades. The 2010-2011 school year will be my 3rd year of teaching.
I began my career in the retail grocery business in 1988 and worked there for 17 years. In 2007, I began to work at the Birdville Independant School District as a substitute teacher. In 2008, I was hired as a full time 5th Grade Science teacher for the Birdville District.
Seven years ago, I moved to Texas and my life was forever changed. In 2006, I met my beautiful wife Kristi and we were married in 2007. On September 22, 2009, we added a new member to our family, Kayson. Kayson was 21 and a half inches long and 9 lbs. 2 oz. at birth. Kristi and I are both very proud parents!
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, watching movies, riding bike, and playing golf, tennis, basketball, and other outdoor activities.
